1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
Invoice/Order confirmation must be available
Returns will not be accepted for:
Used or damaged products
Items damaged due to misuse
Products without original packaging
Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons (if applicable to product category).
3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Pickup Process
If the return is approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner.
In some locations, customers may need to self-ship the product.
Return shipping charges:
Free return for damaged or incorrect products.
For other reasons, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be credited to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer (customer must share bank details)
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
A damaged product
A defective product
A wrong item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We will arrange replacement or refund at no extra cost.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
